Work-integrated Learning (WIL) encompasses any arrangement where students undertake learning in a work context. WIL can be undertaken as part of coursework, research, practicum, or other experiential activities (TESQA, 2022, p. 1).

Job simulations give learners the opportunity to try out a variety of industry projects before beginning their own career journey. Forage provides a collection of job simulations that allow students to learn directly from leading companies both inside and outside of the classroom. Completing these virtual work experiences on Forage is an accessible way for students to develop valuable skills and explore career paths.
