Provide free peer-to-peer support across in-person and online modalities. Our services include tutoring, writing support, supplemental instruction, and online resources.
Segmented Care
Offer a systematic tiered service approach to meet students where they are: tutoring in-person or digitally, providing group instruction, hosting digital communities and workshops, and providing chatbots and videos.
Why it matters
Even with academic support available, not all students are accessing it — and when they do, they may not engage consistently. To close that gap, we’re using targeted outreach, refining our AI-powered tools, and deepening partnerships with faculty.
Our goal is to meet students where they are, offer support that’s both personalized and scalable, and ensure that every learner has access to the tools, guidance, and reinforcement they need to succeed.
