Curriculum sneak peek
Here are some examples of things you’d do in this course
- Activity: Research an animal and discuss why we should or shouldn’t eat it
- Activity: Choose an issue, research it, and debate it with your classmates
- Lecture: “Why opening an old mason jar without a glove might send you to the ER”
What students think
I really appreciated all of the material that allowed us to expand our knowledge on mindfulness in addition to practicing ourselves. Knowing a grade was attached to this practice helped give me the little boost of encouragement I needed to practice more regularly.
