PIA Competition

College students develop valuable skills and accomplishments through many experiences- not only internships and traditional jobs, but also coursework, student employment, research, leadership, service, projects, and other responsibilities. Yet students may not recognize what they are learning in the moment, capture their accomplishments as they happen, or know how to translate these experiences into a story that demonstrates their skills, growth, and potential. How might we reimagine the ways students reflect on and make meaning of their experiences so they can confidently communicate what they have learned, what they have accomplished, and what they can contribute to future employers and opportunities?
