UNI 394: Focusing on Academics

UNI 394: Focusing on Academics is a 3 credit-hour B-session course in which students develop academic skills by choosing a topic of their interest and exploring it in depth over the span of 7.5 weeks. This course is taught from an "organic perspective" meaning course material and content is developed collaboratively between the instructor and the students. Students and the instructor have frequent and meaningful interactions with each other because class size is limited. This allows the instructor to provide personalized attention to each student, ensuring that each student’s unique academic needs are being met.
