Work+Learn

Project Summary
This initiative is designed to enhance workplace learning for Arizona State University students by providing them with skills-based, portable Learning and Employment Records (LERs). These digital credentials help students clearly showcase their achievements, experiences, and qualifications to campus employers and beyond. Through the development of an end-to-end hiring ecosystem, the project will streamline student employment opportunities and lay the foundation for a lifelong learning record—supporting students as they build skills, gain experience, and prepare for future careers.
