National Scaling of Work+

Project Summary

The Work+ National Scaling effort was launched in 2023 to transform how work and learning intersect in higher education by helping institutions redesign student employment to better align with students’ career goals.  In 2024m The Work+Collective was born.  The Collective builds on ASU’s innovative Work+ model, and offers structured support, one-on-one guidance, and a dynamic community for colleges and universities across the country. Through a mix of virtual and in-person engagements, participating institutions—both two-year and four-year—gain the tools and strategies to reimagine the student work experience within their unique campus and community contexts.
