Care Coaches
Student Success Center

Project Summary
A pilot program meant to explore a deeper, more connected peer care coaching model, designed to provide holistic support to students who are low-income, first-generation, and/or from underrepresented backgrounds. This initiative pairs trained peer coaches with students to foster a sense of belonging, offer guidance, and help them navigate both academic and personal challenges. By focusing on community, connection, and care, the pilot aims to identify effective, scalable strategies that can enhance student well-being and long-term success.
