This October, we'll be improving students’ college experience through coaching! 

The Student Success Center offers peer coaching services to ASU students. Our peer coaches are students themselves at ASU who understand the common concerns and issues many college students face. Peer coaching empowers students to thrive both inside and outside the classroom, and it’s tailored and customized to individual interests, strengths, and needs.  

We need groups to design an improved model for peer coaching that:

• Makes coaching more inclusive and accessible to all students with various needs,
• Supports students sense of belonging and reduces loneliness in college,
• Creates coaching opportunities for students who prefer digital engagement,
• Utilizes technology and emerging AI developments for coaching.

• Friday, October 13, 9:00am-3:00pm, In-person kick off session 
• Friday, November 3, time TBD, Virtual presentation of solutions 

The in-person session on October 13 is mandatory for all participants and will be held on the Tempe campus. Participants must attend this session in full. At least one member of your team should be virtually present for November 3rd.

Principled Innovation Academy Awards: 

• Ten students who successfully complete all questionnaires and workbooks will be randomly selected to receive $50 M&G gift cards.  
• Up to 15 students will receive Principled Innovation Academy Competition Awards. The total prize for the team can be up to $2,500:
