Social Engagement for Commuter Students

The majority of ASU students commute to campus. Commuter students tend to work longer hours and feel less socially engaged with the University. The Downtown Phoenix campus has limited space where commuter students can go before or after their classes. We propose that the Post Office should be upgraded to be a more comfortable student center for commuter students. It would give commuter students a place to do homework, spend time with their friends, or wait for traffic to calm down.
