Jhaj is an active researcher and an expert in design thinking, design of student services, managing change, open innovation and user centered design.

With a research interest in higher education pedagogy & retention, Jennifer teaches and has developed curriculum for courses in creative problem-solving, critical thinking, & academic success.

Ritter-Williams is an educator by vocation and habit, and researches the complex institution of higher education in the U.S. She focuses primarily on college students and has studied retention, critical thinking, and cyberbullying.

Saif Al-Alawi serves as a full-time Instructor at University College. He is a graduate of ASU, studying Communications for his Graduate and Undergraduate degrees.

Natalie has been teaching in Success by Design since Fall 2014, including the ASU Online coursework where she teaches and develops content for the UNI Success Courses Online and iCourse options.

Ashlee is an instructor in the Success by Design Department. She has been at Arizona State University since 2019.
