How to Utilize the AZ Course Applicability System (CAS)
The CAS Transfer Guide allows you to see which ASU degree requirements can be met at an Arizona community college for the specific degrees you are interested in. Follow the steps below to request your planning guide:
- Start at the CAS web site
- Select “Go to CAS” from the sidebar menu
- Set up an account (free!)
- Select “Academic Programs” from the sidebar menu
- Choose the ASU campus for your degree
- Select the semester and community college you plan to attend
- Select your ASU degree program
- Submit Transfer Guide Request
After previewing the information in CAS, schedule a meeting with the academic advisor at your school. You may also choose to meet with a transfer advisor at ASU.
Note that CAS cannot predict the future! Equivalencies are subject to change. The information you receive in CAS will be true for the current term. You should always re-check your information about future terms as they approach.
